How do I apply for this membership?
Gupta Brands LLP offers a loyalty membership card available to all customers. To become a member, customers can apply by paying a fee of Rs. 500 + tax for the Silver Membership or Rs. 1000 + tax for the Gold Membership. These membership packages are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If customers wish to renew their membership, the charges will be Rs.150 + tax for the Silver Membership and Rs. 250 +tax for the Gold Membership annually. It is important to note that Gupta Brands LLP reserves the right to reject any membership application.
Note: All existing members of Gupta Brands LLP have been automatically upgraded to the Silver Membership for a duration of one year. Your previous point balances have been carried over as part of this upgrade.
How to earn points?
To earn points, it is essential to provide your mobile number to the restaurant staff before requesting the bill. A fixed percentage of the bill amount will be deposited back into your Gupta Brands Wallet as points. These points will be awarded after payment, excluding any taxes, convenience charges, or service charges. Please be aware that point scan not be divided between two memberships and cashback cannot be claimed using the accumulated points.
Points are non-transferable to other cards or membership accounts. Gupta Brands LLP can change the rate of reward points and qualifying purchases with reasonable notice. Individual restaurants may have specific promotions displayed in-store. Points cannot be earned on discounted amounts; they are calculated on the post-discount, pre-tax total.
How long are the points valid for?
All points earned through the Silver Membership program will remain valid for a period of 90 days from the date of earning and points earned through the Gold Membership program will remain valid for a period of 120 days. During this time, you will have the opportunity to redeem your accumulated points. It is important to utilize and redeem your points within this 90 &120-day window to ensure their validity. After that period, any remaining points will expire and cannot be redeemed.
How to redeem your points?
To redeem points, a minimum bill amount of ₹500 is required. However, please note that only 50% of the bill amount can be redeemed in a single day at a restaurant. Further more, it is important to be aware that points can only be redeemed and earned if the member is physically present. An OTP (One -Time Password) will be required for redemption, and the member must be present during the transaction. These measures ensure the security and integrity of the points redemption process.
